About clvr1

The building is part of the Regen Village concept, focused on sustainable and self-sufficient living. Each residential unit has a single floor, and the building is surrounded by a polycarbonate greenhouse with vertical farms to support on-site crop cultivation. The greenhouse is easily accessible from the living spaces, fostering a connection between the residential area and the growing zone, while minimizing the building's ecological footprint. This design aligns with Regen Village principles, combining modern housing with eco-friendly technologies.
